Drunk, intoxicated and unhygienic persons are not accepted.
Please be punctual with arrival and departure times.
Your reservation is strictly for 2 persons. It is forbidden to host a party or invite a group of friends. If this rule is broken, the police will be alerted immediately.
Modification of the reservation:
You may modify the date and time slot of your reservation once, but no later than 72 hours prior to the original scheduled reservation. To make a modification, please click the button in the confirmation email and select a new appointment time via the form. You may only choose a time slot that is equal in price to or lower than your original booking. In the event that a lower-priced time slot is selected, the price difference will not be refunded.
Cancellation of the reservation is not possible, however, the appointment time may be modified as described in the above terms.
Please respect the condominium rules.
Please pay special attention to the proper use of the apartment and the cleanliness of the textiles. Please do not use silicone lubricant or massage oil on beds or other textile furniture.
No smoking in the apartment! Candles and incense are not allowed.
If you take the key by accident, please write an email, SMS message, or call me as soon as you notice that.
The tenant is responsible for any damage to the apartment and its contents. If you notice any damage or disorder, please inform me immediately. This way I can ensure you a pleasant and comfortable environment.
